Lorne has nearly 30 years of experience in the pest management industry, beginning his career in 1996 as a Commercial Pest Control Technician servicing large hospitality accounts. As he continued to learn and gain hands-on experience, he advanced in the industry, holding positions such as Commercial Supervisor, Residential and Termite Manager, General Manager, business owner, Corporate Trainer, and Technical Manager.

Throughout his career, Lorne has trained thousands of pest management professionals, developed over 400 training videos, authored hundreds of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conducted several classroom, field, and virtual training sessions covering all aspects of pest management.

Prior to joining Anticimex Carolinas, Lorne served as Corporate Trainer for Clark’s Termite & Pest Control, beginning in the year 2015. Following Anticimex’s acquisition of Clark’s in 2022, he continued to expand technical training and safety programs while helping to drive consistency and excellence across the organization.
